within the hospitality industry for many years to come.
Mike Credico "Big Mike"
Mike was born and raised in St. Catharines. His dedication to excellence started early in his
life from his first business in 1987 operating catering trucks throughout the Niagara Region,
opening The Crazy Coconut in 1991, Impaxx Nightclub in 1995, Barzooka´s Tap & Eatery in 1998 to
his Pride and Joy, naming it after his son, John-Michael´s Banquet & Conference Centre in 2003.
Mike´s niche is to always deliver top customer service, and had dedicated his career to delivering
his promise, to go far and beyond to give his customers the best possible service at the best possible
price, all the time!
Unlike many other businesses, where there is room for error, Mike realizes that in the Wedding and
Banquet Industry, you only have ONE "opportunity to shine". Every function is live, never
rehearsed. A flawless event is A MUST with Mike, and his staff appreciates his integrity for excellence.
Mike Credico has solidified his status as one of Niagara´s Top Banquet Operators, and will
continue to be a leader in this industry for many years to come.
Chef Vincent Sica
Born and raised in Niagara Falls, Vincent Sica is just the Italian Chef you´d expect to find
in a formal but relaxed Italian Banquet Centre focusing on old world charm and service. Sica
specialized in traditional Italian flare that´s all about natural food and flavours with no
heavy sauces. The natural down to earth description applies as much to Sica himself as it does to his
culinary creations.
Vincent, a Niagara College graduate did his apprenticeship at the Skylon Tower and Royal York Hotel
in Toronto, credits his 5 years at Niagara on the Lakes Italian destination, The Gate House, that inspired
him to work in Italy. During his career Vincent has opened extremely popular Italian Restaurants in
Burlington, Stoney Creek, Jordan, Niagara on the Lake and now adds Thorold to his list. He is helping
to develop restaurant inspired meals in a banquet setting and is hoping to attract a clientele especially
those who know and appreciate real Italian when they taste it.
Teaming up with Mike Credico is a testament to Sica´s love and dedication to the art of Italian cooking,
